All accounts will be evaluated for any cleanup needed. If your books are in a state of error, there will be an added fee calculated and billed separately, not to exceed $1,500. We reserve the right to change our service prices at any time without further notice, however, your Plan is good for (1) year from the date you grant us access to your books, provided you do not exceed 20% of the allotted expenses and do not add excessive additional bank accounts. Once you have selected a Plan you will be directed to complete Onboarding, and schedule a meeting with us within (7) days of your plan purchase. If you do not have an accounting software package, we can assist you in the purchase of the software package that is best for your business, passing on any savings we can get to you, and there is no charge for the initial setup. Additional app automation integrations, if needed, will be billed separately according to the manufacturers' prices. Warranties, to the extent they exist, are provided only by the manufacturer/vendor of software and computer products. Our service requires connecting bank and credit card accounts to the accounting software. Your dedicated accountant will assist you to connect your bank accounts, credit cards, PayPal, and other e-commerce platforms or providers to the bank feed, as well as enroll for automatic statements, if available. If the accounts become disconnected, we will notify you, and request that you reconnect as soon as reasonably possible. Some features are not included with the mobile app, and a high-speed internet connection is recommended. It is not unusual to find a need to re-categorize certain transactions, which we will send to you in a request for your input
