All accounts will be evaluated for any cleanup needed. If your books are in a state of error, there will be an added fee calculated and billed separately, not to exceed $1,500.  If it is determined that your accounting is out of the scope of our service, your money will be refunded. We reserve the right to change our service prices at any time without further notice, however, your Plan is good for (1) year from the date you sign up, provided you do not exceed 20% of the allotted expenses and do not add additional bank accounts. Once you have selected a Plan you will be directed to complete Onboarding, and schedule a meeting with us within (7) days of your Plan purchase. If you do not have an accounting software package, we can assist you in the purchase of the software package that is best for your business, passing on any savings we can get to you, and there is no charge for the initial setup. Additional app automation integrations, if needed, will be billed separately according to the manufacturers' prices. Warranties, to the extent they exist, are provided only by the manufacturer/vendor of software and computer products.
